our journey to the flip side was along one...but it was definitely worth it! we flew out of korea on christmas night and had a layover for 10 hours at the Cebu airport...

this was probably one of the worst airports to get stuck in because the floors were all marbly or tiled and it was freezing to sleep on. I was too paranoid to sleep because everyone that was walking by was eyeing us and our luggage. im pretty sure it was because we looked a little homeless...

finally its time to get onto our flight...paradise here we come!

the first thing we did when we got to the resort was eat...REAL pizza with NO corn on it. it was a pretty delicious experience. and then we hit the beach...

all the pictures are from random times during vacation...it was too hard to put it all into order...

parasailing was one of the main things that i wanted to do in the philippines. it was such a great experience...very relaxing. something that i thought i would never do because it involved two of my biggest fears: water and heights. but im so glad i did it in boracay...we were able to see the whole island from how all the way up there...it was truly amazing.

everyone should try parasailing... so relaxing and beautiful.

as i was lying just about to lie back down onto my towel the wind was blowing and i noticed a bag flying my way... i was thinking to myself...i hope that dirty bag doesn't touch me...and sure enough it hit me in the face... haha i was laughing so much at my BL.

we also rented a boat one day and sailed around the island... it was a little terrifying because the winds were strong that day and the boat was rocking like there was no tomorrow... it was a really nice day trip!...

i was not getting into that deep ocean so i just hung out in the boat taking pictures, drinking beer, and eating chips...

our next stop was to Crystal Cove.

as souvenirs we all bought shirts... that had nicknames on them...i dont know whos idea it was to all wear them out on the same night... but it was pretty embarrassing! haha anyways...from L to R

vacationing with boys definitely calls for a girls night. so us girls decided to get a little dressed up and went out for a nice dinner, drank wine, and danced the night away...

its hard to tell...but that was the most delicious grilled lobster i have ever eaten in my life... so goooood.

NEW YEARS DINNER.

we decided to stay at our resort for dinner because it was just the easiest. then it was for the new years countdown!

countdown on the beach! followed by an hour of fireworks...even better.

good thing we weren't too hungover! cause the very next day we had to leave paradise...

all ready to go... waiting for our boat to catch out flight back to Cebu.
